Part One: PU Panel

PU Sandwich Panel

Isolation of external temperature

1. PU panel is B2 fireproofing grade, B2 is best grade for keeping best insulation effect and safety.

2. Cam lock, very easy to install.

3. 44 kg/m3 high density PU foam, It will influence the cold room life time. It can keep cold room lifetime to 20 years at least.

4.PU panels thickness for vegetable cold storage: 100mm. Width is 960mm. Outer layer color steel plate is 0.426mm thickness.

Part Two: Glass Door

We use anti-fog glass door with high-quality heating wire and excellent cooling design. So that this doesn't happen to OnlyKem.

We have two types of shelves.

⇒The first is an ordinary shelf on which a full box of beer and drinks is usually placed.

⇒Standard depth 686mm, others can be customized, no limited.
⇒The default load-bearing capacity is 85kg, and the high can reach 100kg. Aluminum alloy material.

Packaging & Shipping

Protective packaging of glass door:

1. Single glass door will be packaged with plastic film to prevent moisture, rust and transportation scratches.
2. Put the packed glass door in a wooden box for sorting and packaging to prevent the glass door from being damaged during transportation.

Protective packaging of glass door frame:

1. The glass door frame is wrapped with plastic film.
2. Put the wrapped glass door frame into a wooden box for repackaging to prevent damage caused by door frame shaking during transportation.
