Cold Storage Door Hinged Door for Cold Room
Cold Room Hinged Door designed and manufactured by Onlykem is widely used for cold rooms or freezer rooms from temperatures of -36° C to normal operating temperatures. Cold room hinged door panels are seamlessly joined together by means of tongue and groove, they are locked together by cam-lock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints. 

 

As an important part of the overall cold room, the hinged door is closely connected with the panels and
can play the best thermal insulation effect. Our hinged doors feature stainless steel hinges and door
locks that are ready for long-term use.

Hinged Door Specification

Coldroom door is made by plastic material and surface metal, with environmental PU of high density
and fire resistance foaming inside, it has good sealing, and easy to install, so it is usually used for
small cold room. Customers can choose hinged door of half buried or all buried depending on the
situation of cold room, and also can choose different sizes.
Common size of cold room hinged door is 700mm*1700mm, 800mm*1800mm, 1000mm*2000mm.
If the height of cold room hinged door is more than 2 meters, it will be installed 3 or 4 hinges to
make it stable.

Air-Tight Seal Structure

Our door adopts high-standard air-tight structure.

All around seal rubber: We use seal rubber strip on the door leaf. Such special shape rubber can break the cold-bridge and reduce heat transduction to minimum level. And we add extreme cold-resist  chemical into raw material,making  the seal rubber very soft even in -30ºC low temperature.This will make sure of high-airtightness.

Safety Escape Device

Safety escape device: Emergency-push device. Worker can open the door from inside easily and quickly in emergency cases anytime even after door is locked from outside to avoid accident.

1. There is spring inside the safety escape knob. It can be pushed to depart outside lock lip then the dooe can be directly open.
2. The gree head of the knob is noctilucent. When in dark night,it will be luminous and easy to be found by workers locked inside the cold room.
