Grapes Cold Room, Banana Ripening Cold Room

The refrigerator for banana cold room is generally used for both heating and cooling, cooling in summer and heating (warm) in winter. Banana fruits are picked when they are 70% ripe, and can be stored for 6 months in a fresh-keeping warehouse with a temperature of 11 to 13 °C and a humidity of 90 to 95%. Below 11°C, the banana peel turns black, and the pulp becomes soft and cannot ripen normally. The environmental conditions for ripening bananas after refrigeration are 20-25°C, the relative humidity is 90% in the initial stage, and 75%-80% in the middle and late stages. The cold storage heating mode can be used to ripen bananas at low temperatures in winter.

Banana fresh-keeping library: the temperature in the library can be freely set within the range of 12°C to 30°C;

Use a banana fresh-keeping warehouse to store bananas at a temperature of 11~13°C and a humidity of 90% to 95% for 6 months. The quality of the banana fruit is relatively good. The fresh-keeping warehouse uses an air-cooled refrigeration unit. Bananas ripen on their own. If the banana is stored below 11 ºC, it will cause freezing damage of the banana, the fruit surface will become black, the fruit core will become hard, and the banana fruit will not mature normally. If the temperature is too high, the color of the fruit will be abnormal when it is ripe.
