Q: Do you accept customization?
A: Since we are a factory, we accept customer's customization. If you need to use your brand, please provide the AI/PSD source file of the brand logo.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Hello, all our products MOQ is 1 piece. All products can enjoy factory price.

Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Hello, most of our products can provide samples. Sample fee and shipping fee will be paid by customer. Panel samples can be provided free of charge. Shipping is paid by the customer.

Q:How do you ship my cold storage to me?
A:Because the volume of the cold storage is relatively large, we usually ship it to the nearest port by sea. For small-volume components in urgent need, such as compressors, controllers, etc., we can choose express or air freight.
We have freight forwarders who have cooperated for many years and can arrange transportation. We can do EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, DDU etc.

Q:What is the payment method?
A:We accept bank transfer, credit card, LC at sight and other common payment methods. 50% deposit to start production, balance payment before delivery.
