Our cold room and freezer room kits are designed as a solution for customers that want to build their own cold room, however; some building experience is required to safely build our cold room kits. Our  cold room kits come as a cold room panel flatpack with the corners and edges cut, all ready to assemble.
Walk in freezer rooms are different to coolrooms. A coolroom remains at a low temperature to keep its contents fresh. A walk in freezer, however, is set below 0°C. A coolroom keeps vegetables and other perishables fresh, whereas a freezer room is designed to keep things frozen. Depending on your business's needs, you may require a coolroom, a freezer room, or both.

Because they are colder than coolrooms, freezer rooms are designed a little differently. Freezer  room panels are thicker than coolroom panels. Similarly, freezer room floors have to have greater levels of temperature control. PU Sandwich Panels are composed of 3 layers, the external and internal is two dyed Galvanized or Aluminum corrugated plates, and core high density POLYURETAHE foam. Thanks to their properties the panels may be applied in object that require very high fire resistance, PU sandwich panel is the most effective acoustic materials used on construction. 

 

Take the 50 mm thick PU sandwich panel for example and the panel can absorb the sound over 30 db/m2.Widely used in the steel structure factory building, activities room, roof, wall, air clean room ceiling and partition.
