Unit Cooler (also called air cooled evaporator) is commonly used for optimal distribution of cooled air in refrigerated cold rooms or freezer rooms, it is one of the important component of in the cold storage system. Only  unit coolers are designed and manufactured for larger walk in cold room or freezer room.
Product main features:
1.Reasonable structure, high heat exchange efficiency, even frosting, saving electricity and low operating cost;
2.Make high-efficiency fans, large air volume, long range, low power consumption, low noise and long service life;
3.The thickness of the heat exchange copper tube can reach 0. 6mm. After the tube is expanded, not only the copper tube and the fin are closely attached, but also the sealing reliability is greatly improved;
4.The stainless steel tubular electric heating tube with strong insulation is selected, the distribution is reasonable, the defrosting time is short, and the effect is good;
5.Make the coil tube air tightness test under 2.6MPa air pressure to ensure the quality characteristics of high air tightness when the product leaves the factory;
6.There are two kinds of shell forms: embossed aluminum plate and sprayed steel plate, which can meet the needs of different customers.
Applicable storage temperature range:
* High temperature type: (Storage temperature 12~-2ºC) Pitch: 4.5mm;
* Medium temperature type: (cool temperature -2 ~ -10ºC) Pitch: 6.0mm;
* Low temperature type: (room temperature -10~-31ºC) pitch: 9.0mm

Q:How long is the warranty?
A:Warranty is 12 months. However, we will provide timely maintenance suggestions and spare parts support for all the problems that have occurred in the cold storage of our customers these years.

Q:What kind of technical support can you provide?
A:Both our sales and engineers can provide 24 hours online support. Panels are supplied with installation drawings. Installation manuals and electrical diagrams are included with the cooling system. Accessories support is available for all of our products.

Q:Can you send an engineer to the site to install?
A:At present, due to the epidemic, the cost of our engineers going abroad is too high. Returning from abroad requires up to 14 days of quarantine. We recommend that it is more cost effective to find a refrigeration engineer locally. We can provide full online technical support.

Q:Is the condensing unit noisy?
A:We have very quiet options, scroll compressors and rotary inverter compressors are very quiet. It is very suitable for cold storage such as supermarkets and beer houses.

Q:How long is the lead time?
A:Usually for units we need 35 days to produce. If it is a special voltage of 60hz, the production time needs to be extended by 5-10 days. Panels and other things usually we need 7-20 days depends on amount.

Q:What compressors do you use in your refrigeration equipment?
A:We are partners with Bitzer, Copeland, so the main compressor brands are Bitzer and Copeland, but in order to meet the needs of different customers, we can also provide different options such as Tecumseh, FuSheng, etc.
