Our cold room series is an integrated family of sandwich panels designed for quick cold room assembly. The panel configuration has been reduced to a minimum, so the overall effect is to offer the clients maximum design possibilities for cold rooms with a minimum amount of panels required on the site. All products from the modular range can be easily assembled without the need for special tools.

Cold room insulation panel: use 100% polyurethane insulation panel,density about 38~46kg/m³ with gasket,with flame retardant,panel thickness:100mm~200mm,standard width of panel is 960mm.Polyurethane insulation board design for cold room.The main steel structure to facilitate construction.Portable sliding doors,and out of cold storage.more convenient,easy to operate.

The temperature of small cold storage is about -5ºC~5ºC, and most of the panels used are 75mm~100mm.

Can cold room size be customized?

Yes, the cold room size depends on you. For example, 3*3*2.5m, 4*4*2.5m, 10*5*3m cold room size is usually used.

Why does other suppliers price lower than us?

The environmentally friendly PU material we use, the density is 44kg/m3. What's more, original new Bitzer compressor ensures high efficiency saving at least 20% annual energy loss. 
 

How to classify the PU panel fireproofing?

There have four types: A(Non-inflammable), B1(Difficult to burn), B2(Combustible), B3(Easy to burn).
 

How to identify the cold room door' s quality?

The steel, hardware, gasket, heater, lock, etc, all decide the quality. And we use 0.6mm color plate, coolmax hinges, etc.
