1.Condensing Unit Introduction of this cold storage room
Our professional engineer will desigh a suitable condensing unit according to the cooling capacity that the goods needs. We need to promise the cooling capacity of the goods need is enough while the cost is the least. For this project, three kinds of condensing unit can be chosen : condensing unit with Bitzer compressor,condensing unit with Copeland compressor and Kide monoblock unit. All of them are original brand. Follows are the introduction of them.

2.Unit Cooler(Evaporator) Introduction of this cold storage room
Unit cooler(evaporator) will be designed according to the horse power of condensing unit and the tempeature of this walk in freezer.We need to promise everywhere can get the cooling so that can let the goods be stored well.Sometimes we also design the materials of it according to the goods you will store.
For this walk in freezer,we will use DL serious unit cooler(evaporator).Follows is the introduction:

3.Panel and Door Introduction of this walk in freezer
Panels always be confirmed according to the temperature of the goods need for store.
For this project, we designed 120mm thickness polyurethane panel with 44kg/m³ density and cam-lock connection. We need to promise the highest insulation while the installation is the easiest.

Q:How long is the warranty?
A:Warranty is 12 months. However, we will provide timely maintenance suggestions and spare parts support for all the problems that have occurred in the cold storage of our customers these years.
Q:What kind of technical support can you provide?
A:Both our sales and engineers can provide 24 hours online support. Panels are supplied with installation drawings. Installation manuals and electrical diagrams are included with the cooling system. Accessories support is available for all of our products.
Q:Can you send an engineer to the site to install?
A:At present, due to the epidemic, the cost of our engineers going abroad is too high. Returning from abroad requires up to 14 days of quarantine. We recommend that it is more cost effective to find a refrigeration engineer locally. We can provide full online technical support.
Q:Is the condensing unit noisy?
A:We have very quiet options, scroll compressors and rotary inverter compressors are very quiet. It is very suitable for cold storage such as supermarkets and beer houses.
Q:How long is the lead time?
A:Usually for units we need 35 days to produce. If it is a special voltage of 60hz, the production time needs to be extended by 5-10 days. Panels and other things usually we need 7-20 days depends on amount.
Q:What compressors do you use in your refrigeration equipment?
A:We are partners with Bitzer, Copeland, so the main compressor brands are Bitzer and Copeland, but in order to meet the needs of different customers, we can also provide different options such as Tecumseh, FuSheng, etc.
